I’m an avid Tumblr-er (and another and another) and I couldn’t resist writing a letter to the search/content/web dinosaur explaining why it was important that they let it be.

The physical distance meant I couldn’t host the show as usual, and so, working with producer Jason Phipps, we developed a series of “Emails from America” in the style of the BBC’s From Our Own Correspondent.
